We highly encourage our customers and clients to give proper comments and suggestions. As this is a public websites there is chances that some of the comments raised by the users might be abusive or illeagal, The company or its related company stakeholders are not responsible for because of such comments. Other users might comment or reply on your comments/content, The company is not responsible any issues/ concerns arising from such content. The company has also the right to delete, comment on such content Media and text Whatever media or any text is uploaded into the system is processed. Hence it is highly advised to look into the media or the text which is being uploaded to the system. Though the company or its related parties are least interested in the media and text of the customers and clients.

If the customer/client gives some comments, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely and might be continuously processed as per the policy. Now with respect to customer data such as media and text other than comment whatever is uploaded or sent to the company servers via the website or in any form would be purged based on the purging policy of the company. Presently the data gets purged within a week if the purging algorithms worked as per the defined policy and in case the fail due to network connectivity, power outage, server failure, intentional hacks or any kind of bugs then data might get deleted in advance or might take more time delete itself. For users who have register on our website (if any), their personal information is stored in the system, whatever they have provided during the account creation. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except some data) based on available options. The website administrator and company officials have full right to change the data, such as modify, delete etc.
